Firstly thanks for taking the time to visit my site, a huge welcome!
My parents bought this farmhouse when I was 2 years old, mainly so that we had an opportunity to run wild for a few weeks of the summer as children. It was completely run down when we first arrived, with no stairs or even beds. That first summer we slept like sausages on the floor, and gradually we've worked on it until it has become the beautiful place that it is today. It has been a labour of love and I've been there throughout the process, from passing my grandfather hammers and nails as a 3 year old, to building the cob oven last June.
I think of the Farm (as we've always called it) as a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of city life, and I am so happy I can now open the doors and allow others from around the world to come and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere here. I've always been interested in nature, wellbeing, and community, and these are notions that can be experienced, cherished, and taken home with us. When guests come they soon feel a part of a family, and that's my wish, that for your time here, you are home. I look forward to welcoming you here...
